Peachtree Investment Solutions, LLC (Peachtree) provides the following services to investors of Tax-Advantaged Investments and Private Equity:

• Consulting and Advisory services: The professionals of Peachtree have deep experience in Tax-Advantaged Investing (i.e. tax credits, tax losses, charitable deductions, etc), Private Equity, Real Estate (with a focus on Multi-Family), and Renewable Energy.
  
  
• Equity raise: Peachtree professionals have years of experience raising equity in the public and private markets. We will utilize that experience to assist a select number of private equity clients (both traditional and tax-advantaged) in targeted fund-raise efforts where appropriate. In addition, it is the intent of Peachtree to raise equity for funds it sponsors to the market.
  
  
• Fund Sponsorship: Peachtree intends to sponsor tax-advantaged investment funds on a full range of under-lying assets including real estate and renewable energy.
  
  
• Asset Management: Peachtree (and its affiliates) will provide full-service asset management on tax-advantaged investment funds and assets. These services will include proprietary funds and deals originated by Peachtree as well as select third-party work where appropriate.
  
  
• Due Diligence/Underwriting: Peachtree professionals have deep experience in creating and implementing policy on Due Diligence and Underwriting of Multi-Family Real Estate assets as well as numerous types of tax-advantaged investment. We are capable of assisting investors in numerous capacities from policy development through actual deal underwriting/due diligence of identified investments.
