Peachtree Housing Partners, LLC (PHP) is an owner/developer of multi-family real estate assets with a focused strategy that leverages the partner’s many years of combined experience.  

In addition to direct ownership activities, PHP will joint venture with other real estate owners when their experience and capacity can provide beneficial support to a project or portfolio.

PHP specializes in projects which benefit from lower-leverage in their capital structure through their utilization of various forms of Federal and State government assistance including:

• Soft-financing programs
